EAST WING (EW) is a firm which certified by regulator in providing Accounting, Auditing and Tax professions in Cambodia. EW is running base on the Business Strategic Plans (BSP) which communicate with vision, mission, objective and core value as a unique set of services.
The superior client service is our primary objective and operating guideline, within the confines of law and professional standards. We seek to provide this service by making available to each client the full extent of our professional capabilities, in order to meet their varying needs, on a timely basis. Professional work that is outside our areas of experience and expertise is not accepted.

OKNHA SORN SOKNA
Chairman
OKNHA SORN SOKNA, MBA, BBA (Australia), Sonatra Group was founded by Oknha Sorn Sokna in 2010. Oknha Sorn Sokna is the Co-Founder of Sokimex Group and had served as the Vice Chairman of the group from 1992 to 2009.
He currently serves as vice President of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (since 1999) and First Vice-President of the Cambodia Chamber of Professionals and Micro Enterprises (since 2006). He is also a member of ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN BAC).
MR. NAGATA TETSUJI
Chief Executive Officer
MR.NAGATA TETSUJI MBA (USA), heading asset management, is Founder and CEO of East Wing Asset Management Corporation, a pioneer Japanese fund management company investing into Vietnam market, a board member of Vietnamese listed company. CEO of Sonatra Group in Cambodia.Currently, he is a CEO of Sonatra Group, CEO of BCC Corporation, Chairmen of Unisite Co., ltd, President of GAMLEX INC, and Director of Diplomas Pte, ltd Cambodia.
MR. TEP SETHANNA
General Manager
MR. TEP SETHANNA, PH.D. candidate, MBA, BBA and he is pursuing , ACCA qualification at CamEd Business School. He is a Co-founder and General Manager at East Wing Auditing & Consulting Co., ltd. He has been holding as a senior management role for over 20 years of a professional individual with an outgoing personality in private Accounting & Auditing firms . He is also a Chairman of Professor of Council Association (PCA) and he has worked across a range of topics business consulting in the specific Taxation, Accounting, and Auditing in Cambodia.
MR. MICHAEL KOH
Audit Engagement Partner
MR. MICHAEL KOH, is the audit partner of East Wing Auditing and Consulting, and co- founder of East Wing Group of Companies with office in Cambodia, Singapore, and Vietnam. A professional accountant with membership in CPA Australia as Fellow CPA, Chartered Accountant (Australia & New Zealand) and a public practicing accountant with Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountant (KICPAA), he has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate audit, tax advisory and business consultancy. Widely travelled in the Asia region, he also held strategic and management positions in both listed companies and big domestic companies in Singapore, Vietnam, and China, accumulating expertise in the distribution, manufacturing, construction, and energy industries.
MR. COLIN LEE SIN
Audit Engagement Partner
MR. COLIN LEE SIN is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) & a practicing member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) & Malaysia Institute of Accountants(MIA) respectively.
He is also acting as independent directors of several Singapore SGX-listed companies. He also had done some amendment as ISCA and acting as ID for several companies.
MISS. TAING BOUYTIENG
Senoir Accountant & Auditing Manager
BA in Accounting and Finance at CamEd Business School, a fellowship student at Christian Brother University, United State. Graduating with bachelor degree in accounting, she starts her first career as an accountant at East Wing Auditing & Consulting Co., Ltd.
Wing Auditing & Consulting Co., Ltd. Currently, she is pursing the ACCA qualification. She is currently a Team Leader and responsible for Auditing Profession. She has been involving in Auditing Policies and Disclosures, Audit Engagements, Specimen Terms of Business, Financial Statements Audit, Fraudulent Audit, Forensic/ Investigation Audit, and professional in Annual Audit File Index.
MRS. KIM VICHRA
Senior Accountant
MBA, CERTIFIED TAX AGENT, she is pursuing ACCA qualification, She has more than 10 years of accounting, auditing and taxation experiences in private sector.
She is a Senior Accountant at East Wing Auditing and responsible for Accounting & Tax Profession, who manage in Monthly and Annual Tax Return, and in-charge of clients treatment in the specific skills of Accounting Structure, Set up Accounting System, Policies & Procedures, the workflow, Business form Models, and producing the technical accounting reports which applied to CIAS, CIFRS for SMEs and general provision of tax administration.
